This testing center is incredibly calm and supportive, and I have taken over five exams here with a very smooth experience. The proctor, Ms. Meena Arora, is also very accommodating and friendly, which helps make the test a more pleasant experience.

I would like to share my experience I had while testing in this Testing and Proctoring Center for my PMP certification. Very friendly and helpful. Followed all the protocols pertaining to COVID guidelines. My proctor was very helpful and answered all my questions.Excellent customer service and great equipment. Made my testing experience easier. I would like to recommend this center to everyone.

I completed a 3 hour exam and it was an extremely stressful situation. I passed but I was surprised because I was so distracted throughout the entirety of my exam. When I first arrived I was moved to 3 different computers because they weren't working. When I was finally able to sit at a working computer there was a constant flow of people walking in and out of the room and up and down the hallways. This appeared to be an old office with very thin walls. The worst part was the loud conversations in the lobby area, which was right outside the testing room. There were 2 men waiting for a testing spot and the 2 women who worked at the center were having full on long conversations with no regard for the people taking tests. It was as if no one was taking a test. It went on for over 30 minutes until an assistant came in the room and I asked her if she could ask them to be quiet. I didn't want to leave my seat to ask them myself because my test was timed and didn't want to waste any time. The assistant left the room and I'm assuming relayed my message to the supervisor, Meena Arora, as she came in and asked if I would like earplugs, yet another distraction. I declined because I JUST wanted to focus on my test and I wasn't sure if they would be new or used. The center did not have any Covid cleaning protocols in place, at least not that I witnessed. There was no cleaning of the computers, station, or mouse as new test takers arrived. In any case, after the offer of the earplugs the conversation in the lobby continued just as loud as it was after my complaint. I have taken several tests at different testing centers and have never had an experience like this. Generally, people speak in whispers and enter and leave the rooms quietly and respectfully. That was not what I experienced at this facility. It was very stressful and extremely hard to concentrate on my exam. Many people study for months and spend hundreds of dollars to complete these test, which was my case. Thankfully I passed but it was under very difficult circumstances.

I wish I had more stars to share!! Great maintenance, quiet place and vey well organized by the proctor Meena!! Wonderfully professional along with friendly and courteous behavior. Everyone has been warmly welcomed by her whoever I witnessed during my visit .I think all credit must go to her. Thanks again for your great service and being prompt whenever needed to get assistance.

This is the most awesome and welcoming testing center out of all I've attended!!! Had to test a couple of times; great to just Meena; but hope to not ever test again, LOL! She greets me like she has been knowing me for a lifetime. Great customer service!!! **Warm welcome, very pleasant atmosphere ** I am a real estate instructor & I have been referring my students to this site. SOCIAL DISTANCING IS IN PLAY AS WELL. GREAT JOB LADIES!! :-) Keep up the good work. You make testing so relaxing and reassuring! Easy to concentrate and block out "no distractions." Much Thanks :-))
