Network+ course serves as a general introduction to computer networking including local and wide area network technology. This course prepares you for the CompTIA Network+ Certification Examination.
To become Network+ certified, you have to pass one exam: N10-006 Network+ Exam offered by CompTIA (Computer Technology Industry Association).
Network+ covers the areas of network architecture, topologies, protocols especially TCP/IP, network operating systems, network installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, managing user accounts and passwords, network securities, remote access and administration, and fault tolerance and disaster recovery.

Prerequisites
- High School Diploma/ GED, and CompTIA A+ Certification, prior completion of the A+ course, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Occupational Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be qualified to be a junior network engineer, service technician or system support technician.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee.
Thereafter, a student will be liable for:
- The non-refundable registration fee plus,
- The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus,
- Tuition liability as of the student's last date of physical attendance.
aIf termination occurs:

16% - 30% of the program
31% - 45% of the program
46% - 60% of the program
After 60% of the program
